Have you looked on your local REIA websites to see what lenders sponsor the monthly events?

I signed a one-year note, starting at 18% interest and accelerating to 20% in the second year in the event of non-payment, which technically the note is now in default.

We've got a tent site without RV hookups listed for $25-30/nightWe haven't gone into event venues, but mainly because there's a quite popular one a few hundred yards away down a dirt road.  

Or the tax event also occurs at conversion....idk just thinking.

Full disclosure - a lot of it comes down to being willing to go out and network at different events.
