I highly recommend you create an "Animal Addendum" which is a set of rules for any animal, whether it's a pet or service animal.

I get 2 or 3 bookings in a whole year from them.Given my high prices I am happing with the simplicity of getting the bookings from VRBO I do advertising other places such as local FB groups for Lake houses.Ultimately VRBO is king for me. 

Sounds like you need to have a relationship with a couple of good contractors, 40k for vinyl siding sounds high, what was the material cost.  

Definitely a strong location with great visibility and high foot traffic.Since it’s a NNN,  your expenses are minimal, but if LazyDog ever exits, buildout costs will depend on lease terms and the next tenant.

The PM said they don't up-charge, but most repairs and expenses were ridiculously high.

But the mortgage is still too high. 

So whether you have a Carrot site or a Wordpress site, these things will matter to rank high on Google.
