@Marc ShinMake sure to double whatever they tell you it will cost and take 2x as long and then have someone to come repair all the shoddy work that was done.Hopefully you have working bathrooms otherwise you may have some surprises hidden behind your walls

I have worked on those cases, in major civil rights violation cases, where someone who spent 30 years in prison (because of corrupt, malicious, criminal prosecutors and cops) sued the states and received monetary compensation in tens of millions of dollars, when their innocence was proven by DNA tests (willfully hidden by prosecutors, with evidence tampering and witness coaching), or by confessions of real criminals who committed the crime that innocent person was imprisoned for.
