I had a tenant who moved out and she was burning oily candles all day everyday and all of the walls had a dark waxy coating on them, the carpet was in terrible shape, and her kids drew on the wall everywhere.

I have those fireplace multi candle stands now in my houses.

Her childcare kid could accidentally knock over a candle, your building burns to the ground, and is worth $0 now... and you have no insurance and have to pay decades of a mortgage with no building standing!
