The basement has 4 units in it, has all concrete floors and holds what will be our office, a gym, a laundry room (we will provide washers and dryers that are not coin opp...so the best washer and dryer suggestions) and a party room for tenants to book if they want to use it.All utilities will be RUBS back to the tenants to reduce operating costs.We are also adding a rooftop deck with a plan to have green roof space w possible rentable space for organic farming for tenants.

Some condo complexes provide amenities like swimming pools, gyms etc.

An area independent gym and salon owner has been doing well for a couple years in a small strip center a mile or so away and would like to lease this building.

I only have two blemishes on my credit report( a hospital bill and a old gym membership) but i didn’t have any credit prior to the blemishes.

Previous/current tenants, insurance & banking people, box store workers, contractors, gym buddies, lots of folks looking for their first home or added/got rid of a child and want a larger/smaller one.

That's like walking into boxing gym and asking the ufc fighters if they've had their heart broken. 

A landlord cannot limit the use of building amenities such as community rooms, gyms, etc. based on person's race, religion, or national origin.

I don't use the pool or gym even though I'm paying for them.

Bed bugs have been found on backpacks, so kids at school or a trip to the gym could have been the source.
