I did a quick google search yesterday trying to find one in my area and got a lot of corporate type responses eg fill out this form and check the website etc.

So I'm guessing I can get a DSCR loan; my basic googling shows that they cost around $10k to close; which seems very high for my strategy; considering I'd be holding this for 2-3 months maximum.Getting HELOC seems another way, but I don't necessarily have that much equity that I can tap into.

I searched the Stessa forums and couldn't find an appropriate answer so thought I'd try here.  

One thing I often see lacking from the search criteria is client experience.

With online access to almost every jurisdictions property recordings, lenders today use software that automatically searches property transfers for transfers involving their loans.  

Go to Meetup.com and type "real estate" or "Apartment Investing" or other search terms for your area.

After a quick search it seems like Baselane is a good option, does anyone have experience with it?

Search the BP for ADU appraisals to encounter numerous examples.

I also looked up the google reviews and people seem to be very satisfied with their service!
