Is a trampoline really that much worse than a swing set?

Many things listed would be considered significant services and would have you losing much of your tax deductions.I know of a couple of STR owners who had to eat a big tax bill due to this and they had to nix those sorts of offerings.That doesn't mean you can't create the wellness space, golf simulator, upscale game room, etc to enhance the space.

I hope this paints a clearer picture of why we focus on low-cost micro-flips across the Midwest rather than swinging for grand slams on the more expensive markets. !

Something that I like about PDC is that it's a more mature market and its geographic location makes beach access very simple, I like the walkability of the city, and since it's in the middle of two golf courses so downtown growth is limited. 

- 55 is relatively young for some, and theres a lot of pitches still out there to swing for the bleachers. 

This house is conveniently located near coffee shops, dry cleaners, playgrounds, sit-down restaurants, art galleries, scenic Shawnee Park, the Shawnee Golf Course, Kroger grocery store, banks, museums.

The condo is on a PGA golf course - you can walk onto the course from the back patio.
