When I enter temp password, it flashes to the resetting your password screen where you type in your new password twice, but then it goes back to original screen after a fraction of a second.Aside from getting password reset emails, I have not had any luck with getting any customer support.If anyone has suggestions, I would love to hear them.Thanks BP!
