We are currently fighting to get that money back through our credit card.

So it was cheaper to give them a rebate for few months that fight and evict them.I know in WY there are no such crazy tenant protection laws

Like you said look at all the books on "creative financing", this is the equivalent to a book on bull fighting.

The Atlanta water department is not going to clear that existing bill without a good fight.
