I personally just attend 1 to 3 auctions in my home state of SC.Personally, I attend as many auctions as I can :)I actually have my list of favorite states and counties, but with good organization and a detailed plan there are no limits if you operate online.

Especially on the right, where I wouldn't call those outdated finishes and the colors look nice, maybe just needs better lighting.

We decided to focus on time home buyers, which is typically a young couple with kids looking for; a good school district, a backyard, 3bed room two bath, home, two car garage, a basement, an updated kitchen and bathroom, all painted an interesting neutral color scheme.

what are your favorite tools to discover and compare real estate markets?

You give me access to enough data and I can tell you what you'll eat for breakfast in a week and what color clothes you'll pick for that day. 

We self-manage, and are 7 year superhosts on the Airbnb platform, and all 3 of our properties also received the "Guest Favorite Award" on Airbnb.  

I use patterned ones that look like granite or marble or quartz or similar so that stains and minor scratches don't show, and don't use a shiny surface - use as close to matte as possible - and light colors. 

. #3) you can usually tell ahead of time  and you can ALWAYS tell with the first response to any answers  #4) what do to with X dollars, which market, which accounting software (my favorite), solar on my rental, etc etc. 

I've tried about 5 different ones and Turbotenant is by far my favorite.
