At 1.98M and 32 units, that is a fairly low price per door. 

And for them rasing capital on SM BP facebook whatever has been fairly easy compared to others who dont have a big SM or BP presence. 

If indeed a loss is taken on this which it sounds like is a fair possibility then if the agent was representing you the agents E and O will/could kick in and that's where you might get some financial relief.

We feel that this is fair for all parties involved.

Even though the nightly rate is high, the RE has such high value that the margins are fairly tight.  

Usually, they just want that and will stop, but there are always some outliers and sometimes it is our fault and our job is to respond and correct and accept the review.Your second point is fair too.
