@Kwanza P.I've owned property in both countries for years.When it comes to Mexico, I've shared my experience by replying to hundreds of posts on the topic on the forum.

I’ve heard of a few different options but would love to hear your experiences, especially if you've used gap funding on flips, new construction, or commercial projects.

I worked with one and that experience is the reason I now own my own PM company. 

This experience taught me to trust my instincts more and never skip due diligence, even in areas I am less familiar with like basements and water intrusion.Any advice on how I should proceed would be greatly appreciated.
