Otherwise, you just doubled your learning curve as loan servicing and portfolio management is another field.

Maybe you are really handy and enjoy putting in the sweat equity.

I do enjoy the interface and their ability to show owner data without having to skiptrace.

Start with BP but there are a few others out there you'll find and enjoy. 

I think if you work in the field for a bit you'll have a better understanding.
