There was never a chance to actually win a car or the trip but rather enjoy the David Goggins types telling me that I'm being lazy loser, get your act together, become the best version of yourself!

Does USAA know that you are living in it?

We paid off our primary home last year and have been slowly getting the courage to jump into the investing market where we live in the Pacific Northwest.

Convert the property you are living in now to your second rental, and buy a new home for yourself. 

The people within your subdivision may sell the house for you, as they may have family/friends who want to live close to them, and people are always intrigued by new construction in their neighborhood. 

When I tried to get it when my side of the family found out and tried ti take over reverser mortgage payments to bank because she had died it was to late so they sold the house to Hud and then other reverse mortgage companies but a relative still lives there so they can't kick them out.

Here's a little background on Tenant situation...has 2 or 3 young kids, an adult sister, an aunt with her male friend and the lessee has a male friend, that all appears to live in the apartment but aren't on the lease.

My client's living room is completely unbalanced and odd looking because this wasn't done, which I had to hide with some fancy drapery "magic" that was expensive.
