Pragmatically what happens is you expand the Fannie cap to 20 by putting each property/loan only in one spouses name (we can thank feminism for that, once upon a time women didn't have individual credit, only EITHER joint with their dad or joint with their husband).

That way you won't have to worry about lots of bathroom use or awkward men/women situations.Good luck!

That would probably violate anti discrimination laws though, I believe single women are a protected class. 

This isn't a "women's essential oils" MLM or "men's fitness protein shake" pyramid scheme. 

I've done several podcast episodes on this as it is a great way to empower investors.

As a word of caution too...I think women tend to be a little more careful than men on this stuff...but it was a male agent that was killed.
