Hello All,I'm currently embarking on my first BRRRR property and I have a question.I'm getting my lease agreement in order and need to make sure that it is within the law here in Houston, Tx.

Fundrise isn't much different from a real estate developer, and real estate developers generally set up an SPV for each project they embark on.  

So I recommend having approx. 33% of the rehab funds in your bank account before embarking on this real estate journey.Well, that's the gist of it, once you do this upfront work you can then just sit back and write checks and order inspections while your GC runs the project for you, barring any major issues such as crumbling plaster come up.

He has offered to manage my rehab if I want to embark on flipping my own property...I work full time so it would be a struggle....I himmed and hawed and one morning before work I was complaining about my current job and I was crying about not knowing what direction to go in and my boyfriend said to me why don't you focus all of your energy on real estate....that is the only thing I see you get excited about.

Once the first milestone is achieved, you set the next milestone. as the old saying.....the first million is the hardest.To embark on this rewarding real estate journey towards your goals and dreams requires commitment.
