No real downtime for the heating system - maybe half a day.

This has hurt my income in appraising because I always underestimated my work capacity because I don't want to miss deadlines... then I find myself with alot of downtime and well as the saying goes "idle time is the devil's play thing."

Definitely read up on relevant topics in your down time until you are somewhat caught up to speed.

Thank you everyone....If I could get some leads on the letter idea that would be awesome....as I said I'll have my phone where I can read all of your responses from...and my note pad...there will be a lot of down time at the nursing home...I am so grateful really...even if you cannot tell from my ability to convey it at times...I truly am!!

Company's are always looking for talent so don't limit yourself.A co-worker once told me "you have to put in long hard hours because people who don't put in long hard hours are the first to be laid off in down times".

Then a property with a higher margin of safety could hang on through the down times and prosper in the long run.

But I've managed to find myself with some downtime as of late which I fully took advantage of! 

I had just finished a big project with them and there was some down time around the holidays where I was able to spend more time on the Real Estate business. 

There is a lot of down time.

Otherwise, we also use it to make announcements about our company, we use it if there are ever issues with our website (downtime, for example), and we use it to interact with customers.
