The VLA is a D or C- area depending on which streets you are on.

D) or even bird dogging (Par G).For all of the wholesalers who are howling at this thread, again, please ask yourself this question:  If your position is that unlicensed wholesaling is legal, why would ANYBODY ever need a real estate license - including the over 2,000,000 licensed agents who pay $500 - $1,000/year to maintain their licenses? 

Maybe in D or F neighborhoods it's still possible, not sure since I don't look there.
