First of all, let me pay my respects to the hardworking people in real estate and the treacherous waters they navigate—fronting hours of effort with only the chance of commissions and an abundance of non-forthright people out there.

I would suggest focusing on solving people's problems more than trying to sell them.

Get people financially educated and let them buy their own houses.

It is big but I am hearing now people want dishwashers and w/d in units.

Network with purpose: Surround yourself with people already crushing it in multifamily—mentors and partners will accelerate your growth.

I would check and see how many 1 bed and 2 bed options there are and what they are priced at because most folks will prefer the full place to themselves so rooming 2 people together could make getting bookings a bit more difficult (not always the case but something to consider)

People are still sleeping on it! 

I know it may sound common sense, but people do struggle with understanding that water follows gravity.

I wish people would stop writing articles calling it a loophole.

This is a great place to learn and to connect with people so take advantage of all the great resources.
