How many hours are you devoting to your rental activity and are you logging these hours?

However, my issue is that I devote so much time to my current job I am finding it hard to network and source deals.

From my perspective, I think a lot of what you target has to do with your funding, credit rating, and time you can devote to REI.

I currently transport cargo internationally but I am trying to break away from having to devote 8 months a year to being at sea and away from family. 

I took Accounting in college and was good and am bought Quickbooks for Real Estate Investors which is really good, but just don't have the time to devote to it.

I didn't devote my life to Christ for the money!
