Problem is there are probably 1000 lots or more for resale and the developer is still selling. 

Having been in Austin for nearly five years, I've seen a significant increase in incentives for developers to build multifamily properties.

Interested in STR, LTR, Fix and Flip, commercial RE, and land development. 

Areas with new businesses or developing infrastructure often show good potential for flips.Next, building a solid local network is key.
