A new roof that requires a special assessment in an already deteriorating town house community can be devastating.  

Particularly under 70k neighborhoods in San Antonio deteriorate quickly and your tenant pool will go downhill fast.

Last summer we began having issues with mustard algae due to deterioration of the pool plaster.  

It looks great when the building is brand new, but without a good power wash every year or so, the aesthetics deteriorate quickly - dust will accumulate on horizontal surfaces, then get washed down the face by rain - leaving ugly dark stains down the side.

The quality of the deal deteriorates if the first two numbers are wrong.
