They aren't super customizable but it is made for investors by investors and I am impressed at the amount of info they are able to pull in

This makes the transition much more challenging than if you were to just use Excel and Quickbooks in conjunction with free communication/collaboration apps for tenant/owner/internal communication until your generating enough cash flow for an investment in a customizable & scaleable software to make sense. 

It just isn't apples to apples and the accounting is setup in a non-customizable way that may not even work for our company.Lastly, the staff or "Implementation Team" is not very helpful and don't even seem very knowledgeable in their own software, that's if we can actually get them on the phone.Has anyone else had these issues with their switch?

It's free, allows you to set up customizable messages, will forward calls directly to any number or multiple numbers you choose.  

I know you can essentially find most of the information on each site, but feel like each one lacks enough customizable features.For example, in researching nearby markets, it would be nice to do a search for example, multi-family properties, in this price range, X mile radius from a zip code, relatively safe neighborhood, with a school rating of 6/10 or above with a "market temp" of medium-hot.

I haven’t found another platform that offers the level of flexibility and customizability as Podio.
