So, I signed it, and then I proceeded to cut down trees to pay for a well.I didn't use "other people's money," but that was a creative way to pay for a well.The seller came roaring onto my property and stopped the loggers who all knew this seller was very litigious, afraid he's sue them, and I first tried tears, which didn't work, then I reminded him that there was no timber clause.......crickets......he drove off in a huff and the loggers got back to work.
