I know you said you're not an agent but just curious on what your opinion would be!

I'd love to hear others' opinions on this but I am a fan of making the house as attractive as you can to a potential buyer, even if that adds cost. 

So it wont be a popular opinion but maybe don't invest in real estate just yet.

This is just my opinion and most likely wrong, but the US and its printing of money put themselves in this hole where now their debt is expensive to service which is why rates are high.

I'd be curious to get your opinion or anybody else on the post.  

I am guessing that the vast majority of homes 10+ years old had some sort of water damage at some point, most had probably several.My own home is only a few years old and we had the washer spring a leak and a few years later the RO system in the kitchen started leaking into the cabinet.Seller disclosures are pretty useless in my opinion.

Translation probably won’t give you the definition / information you need to form an opinion. 

In my opinion, the best "first step" is to find a local REIA to attend. 

Nashville, Dallas and the south are being the hardest right now because of the new construction, but in my opinion, these could be some of the best opportunities for investing in the coming years.
