Countless people out there just watching some youtube videos and think they can just "get rich quick" from wholesaling.

This is especially advantageous to individuals who are new to real estate and don't want to completely mess up which has a higher likelihood with the first few deals or those - like myself - who know enough to know they just don't have the time any longer to vet markets, build a team, analyze countless deals, and every other minor step that seems to often be skirted over when folks on here talk about their successes.

Hi all, I’m fairly new to investing as far as deals under my belt but I have been listening to all the podcast on BP and countless books that have been recommended by the hosts and their guests, and plan to house hack this spring (triplex in NKY)but I’d like to take it a step further and meet with people in my market and be around people who share the same passion for real estate that I do.

Countless situations refer to the Non-cash partner as sharing equity % with capital partners, whether in partnerships, LLCs, syndiactions, LPs, etc.

Michael........I know countless people who over the decades have said....I don't want to buy now because prices are too high (while the rates are basically the lowest).............those same people years ago when prices were down also said they didn't want to buy because rates were too high.  

There are countless ways to make money in real estate, you must choose the sector that is best suited to your strengths.If you decide that this is the niche for you then I would ask for HUDs from any potential coach.Best of luck.
