I know I'm torn between Utah and Midwest market - it's like my heart goes to Utah, but the Midwest market is closer to my cashflow goal/affordability for this first move.

But now that we are here maybe have a real heart to heart with her.

The jobs are fantastic and being located near the heart of these communities is even better, but the areas are still challenged and there is still little appetite or demand from locals to own in these areas either as investors or owner occupants.From 2007 to really 20011/2012 it was not so much that the rents dropped because of value, it was the challenge of being able to get a qualified resident into a property and keep them there.  

If you plan to get into the hotel industry, it is not for the faint of heart.

But if the stars align and you're open to it, I'm here with open arms and a heart full of respect, ready to explore an exciting path that could be a win-win for both of us.Why consider the road less traveled with seller financing, you ask?

This deal is one that has been heavy on my heart as the seller is a close friend of mine, my current realtor, and currently in Foreclosure/Default on her Hard Money New Construction Loan which was her first investment.
