I'm hearing that with the end of banks loans moratorium, new inventory will enter the market and that can generate good opportunities for buyers.Bank rates are still very low, and you can get a fixed rate below 2%.

Over the whole year we have had higher listings than the previous year (the last several years have had lower and lower inventory each year).

Now, you're going to pay for that in much higher rates that you'll get in FHA or even Conventional loans, but if you're willing to bite the bullet on that to get started, then it's a great tool to use.
