@David Borowske having worked in DFW as an agent and growing up here, I’d say that all three of the towns you mentioned are strong contenders.

If its older than 1976 (there are plenty in my area still being lived in and in reasonable shape) you may have to contend with aluminum wiring which is costly to replace.

I've visited the areas where I'd like to purchase and am still searching though do have 2 current top contenders.  

You definitely will want to be careful buying invesments in the OWE, like Adam said it has historical requirements you may have to contend with.

Danville is looking like a serious contender for my next project.

I would contend that, overall, residential real estate scores well on these points.

Many Americans will contend with heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and their astronomical costs for care, even with Medicare.

Louis wanting to find a good building for an MTR (as there are a lot of hospitals), but my agent told me this building is in a C class neighborhood and it's not likely a contender for MTR or STR.
