This sounds complex, and if the conclusion you're coming to is mortgage fraud, I would not recommend it. 

There's an omnipresent, ubiquitous brutality to life in general and running rental real estate in  prticular here that just doesn't translate well into metrics and data. 

. - Are most of your loans short-term/interest-only, or are they more complex (e.g., longer-term, amortized, require escrow, commonly modified b/c of prepayments, etc.)? 

I'm also working on a Google Data Analyst certification to bring in some extra income while I'm home with our 19-month-old daughter.I'm still pretty new to this, though, and I'm not sure where to start or if I'm on the right track.

The pricing data on Zillow, Redfin, etc. likely doesn’t reflect properties that have been recently updated or rehabbed.

We remodel the single family and then build onto it or a small complex. 

It is more complex and has added requirements such as a formal set of books just like a corporation. 

All the data, asset holdings, transactions will be ported over to the new recordkeeping system, along with the current plan document being moved and updated as needed. 2) If you currently hold real estate or other asset, you may need to look at retitling, if you elect to move to a custodian.

I am collecting all this data in order to ask for an investigation so it can be determined by the authorities if there are any leal consequences.
