Mynd's rates are quite compelling 

I would not want to attempt eviction if the evidence was gathered in a manner that could be questioned. 

I realize this is an old thread but some of the comments compelled me to respond.

If you had nice places you'd be able to get more rent- Have a nice bottom feed.  1srt off no need to speak with me in this manner.

The problem with something like Cozy (and I’ve had problems with PayPal in a similar manner) is the whole “You’re in charge, until you’re not” thing.

This is often viewed as a "gift" so lenders place limits on the amount that can be "gifted" as well as the manner that these funds can be transferred to you.
