In addition to a simple zoning, there are things like IPES Scores, Coverage %, compact soil presence, stream zoning.So, my questions is what information I need to gather before I make an offer and what contingencies do I need to think about. thanks.Lenny

I am not sure what good a permit and inspection would do unless someone was going to watch you fill the hole in and check compaction the whole way.

Toggling back and forth between List Big and List Compact does nothing.

East side is a little more "open" bigger neighborhood lines... the West side is more compact and smaller more dense neighborhoods...
