Hello everyone-I would like to know how many biggerpockets members play billiards for their spare time!

Figuring out what to do with all the spare time is part of the process.

My college degree was in physics and chemistry, but i did have a minor in economics, I understand the value of a dollar, and I can do my own taxes, lol.I enjoy playing poker in my spare time, and was semipro for a little while (semipro = didn't get rich) and still belong to a private group of many close friends and high stakes players.

I can do most if not all the work myself.However (yep here it is) I don't have any spare cash to make it happen.

The problem is that I don't have much time to spare so no rehab/flip.

If the money is coming from a retirement account be sure you get the wire ordered with plenty of time to spare, every custodian is different in how quickly they move.

Not sure this is in the right forum but, I finally finished my remodel after a little over a year, mainly worked on it in my spare time/weekends.http://specialtyceilings.com/wordpress/I bought it for 22k and put 8.5k into it.Hoping to rent it for 750-800.I have some before pictures somewhere, i'll try to find them, but basically new everything except roof.Let me know what you think, this will be my second rental.

Of course with me paying the mortgage she is spared not only the credit card interest but also the home insurance and property tax payments.
