If you have multifamily commercial loans, you will likely have to repay the loan in the near future instead of having the payments applied to the end of the loan. 

It took me a while to find a great commercial agent to work with but that relationship has really paid off for me.

The bank asked a million more questions than I get asked when applying for commercial loans but it was never really in doubt that I would get the conventional 30 year loan that I wanted on my primary.

The 179D benefits can be available if this is a commercial building you are exchanging into. 

Ultimately in looking at it, I'm not sure commercial would be that great as it doesn't have any highway frontage.
