The cylinder for this key is a different color that looks good with our standard color handsets. 

My strategy/advice would be to take one vacant unit and renovate it with a light-colored luxury vinyl (waterproof so it can go in kitchens and bathrooms), repaint and do a few small improvements in the unit and try to get a substantial rent increase.

They aren't great but they aren't terrible id say they are usable,the color is white.

You don't waste your time showing one person who gets there and  decides they don't like the paint color. 

I would concur that very few whites are relocating to Prince George’s County but many people of color may not be as susceptible to various stigmas.

I would also paint the kitchen walls in a neutral color and paint the wood paneling white. 

I dressed up pretty silly for Independence Day!

The house was built in 1938, it's a craftsman style home, original hardwood flooring in good shape, original windows but it very good shape, the walls and ceiling had been filled with blown insulation, had a new roof installed in 2017, and the sellers were willing to pay 5k to have the house painted to the color of your choice.
