Not sure what your area of interest is or where you are working now, but think of how fast you can knock that out if you live cheap for 2-3 years and work an extra shift a month in ER or maybe a med spa....or for a 2nd doc...maybe picking up Saturday rounds for someone, or covering their clinic for after hours or Sat/Sun hours. 

You can also look for legal aid clinics in your area or check with your local bar association for pro bono or reduced fee legal services.

With Mayo Clinic there O thought it might be a good place for rentals? 

Besides city and federal employment, hospitals are the largest employers (Cleveland Clinic is largest and growing!).

You have a large number of people visiting family and friends who are staying at the Mayo Clinic.

I do not want to have to send anyone to collect clinics and risk the possibility of someone breaking in to even attempt to steal the coins. 

I've watched a few of Repair Clinic videos and it's a great site.  

We usually get hired by the same PT company to work at one or separate clinics.

Mine was a 3/2 SFH in Cleveland near the Clinic.
