I am 59, and my household includes my wife and two adult children.

Soaring taxes on these and now not being able to transfer property to children at death without the property being reevaluated.

I work a full time W-2 job and family life is now a priority w/ 2 young children....so I have been bringing on contractors to do my renovations.   

Now, as the tides of life bring me closer to the serene shores of Navarre Beach, where my children have woven their lives into the local tapestry, I find myself drawn back to the world of STRs with a heart full of curiosity and a mind eager to refresh & learn.Looking forward to learning and growing with you all,

She wants me to get the home and land but want to give the money she would receive from my down payment ($80k) and monthly payments to her estranged son’s children.

It is currently on the market and we are working with a qualified intermediary  for a 1031 Exchange and looking for financing for two to three new properties to buy and hold for the children and their children and beyond. 

Last, but not least, I was told that Phil is a Christian and a man of God and that he truly wants what’s best for me and to help me because he and I are brothers/God’s children and God is calling Phil to help me.
