What I've never been able to understand is why any free market capitalist would not be behind some form of immigrant work visa.

Today, it is LESS than 2%.Besides feeling that Personal Income Tax is unconstitutional and counter-productive in a Capitalistic System, most of us feel that the government is more interested in buying votes than making America better and stronger.

I have access to all the MS Real Estate students, venture capitalists, attorneys to look over business plans, etc.  

The us is a capitalist society.

In a capitalist society like the United States, you do not have true freedom until you have financial freedom.  

And realtor training and continuing education PREYS on that naïveté as capitalists are supposed to.

It's a capitalistic society so you can do whatever you want to make more money.
