The bad thing is Cathedral City requires permits to have a short term rental and they plan on banning them in 2023.

Puerto Rico Condominium Act 129-2020 passed in Aug 2020 prohibited HOA / Condo associations from banning STR unless the master lease/bylaws expressly prohibit STR.

I've done some research online about the CDC Moratorium on Evictions and understand the federal government has extended the moratorium one more month - to end on July 31st instead of June 30th, 2021.I've also read that the Texas Legislature has basically decided to no longer enforce the federal ban on evictions and that Justice of the Peace courts can NOW proceed with evictions for non payment of rent.
