go to her broker, make it super difficult to work with. go after her license, go after everything and say all you want is a release. you are a consumer. the law is pretty clear. look up procuring cause. buy a different floorplan of the same house int he same neighborhood without those addresses and you'll get around it Wow, your attitude makes me wish for a dis-like button.

Some Communities are buttoned-up and intimidating and others are more about sharing and educating - it's critical to find a network that is comfortable for you.If you are planning on investing in even one deal a year, the cost of the membership is likely a drop in the bucket compared with the capital you will commit when investing.

For a core deal, I would assume it would be lower, but again, I don't know what they are doing to drive those returns.Relying on markedly lower loan rates is no guaranteeRelying on more core buyers is only likely to happen when pricing (as measured by cap rate) is higher than prevailing interest rates.Unknowns:What is business plan to generate those returns?
