Would taking out a small business loan make sense st this point?

The stabilized properties operate fine without me but the development side of the business requires me 24/7.

Even duplexing down the first floor unit can be pricey as it involves making structural changes.

Downsizing a one factory town.I would expect if FedGov downsizes, a lot of the corresponding periphery businesses/consulting firms, etc shut down.There has also been talk of such things like FBI moving out of Washington, I think some of that has already been the trend, but may accelerate. 

We have started a leads generating business that generates top property leads suited to fit your specific criteria.

One I am still learning, and would love to incorporate into my business.

Luckily I did have a clause where the sober living company is paying all repairs and maintenance unless it is structural issues.
