#1 - this feature does not work with all browsers, so maybe you are using a browser that isn't supporting this feature.#2 - when you make a mistake typing after the @, or forget to type the @ by itself to start (it has to have a blank space after the @), it doesn't seem to work.

See if it will work on a different internet browser (ie: chrome, firefox, etc.)

The same way that a few years ago Chrome started streaming audio in a new browser, instead of just downloading.

It does not send the voicemail to your Podio Email as an attachement, but it will send you link instead that you can easily open in any browser without having to download the attachment.
