I think I may have read it - but honestly somewhat of a blur because I've read so many different blogs/articles on the various classes of property to help me not only gauge where it is, but also in setting expectations. 

My wife and I do have a fairly modest lifestyle.

This can result is a negative review.I mean even Airbnb, has 1-star rating and 3,145 reviews on Trustpilot.I appreciate the feedback and will work to be more modest in my initial reply but I think it's important to at least consider the statistics of it all.
