And that is where the term "daisy-chaining" comes from, in regards to this new "headache" us cash buyers have now, when dealing with wholesalers.I'm not sure why anyone thinks it's a good idea to blatantly show their lifeblood (cash buyers) that they no longer care about us making money, as long as they get their fees.I've pretty much stopped working with wholesalers completely because of this.I hope this helps and good luck to you in your new pursuit!

If the Attorney General's office sends a subpoena to airBNB for host data to fight blatantly visible crime and airBNB fails to comply, that would effectively end airBNB doing any business in the state of New York, period.

I simply won't .. and I was just commenting that its totally accepable to put backup offers in on real estate.. happens every day. its a risk for wholesalers who are really acting as brokers and have no ability to close of course.. but wholesalers that can and do close its no threat to them.. they just close like they promised up front.. not like many wholesalers that blatantly lie to sellers to get into contract and then hope to assign.

If there are no other 3-6 month terms, I probably wouldn't be a trail blazer.Usually you want to get rid of a tenant due to non-payment, damage, or blatant disregard for your rules.
