We need a significant retail price correction as a catalyst to change that, in WC at least.

I don't think a mean and median would really be that helpful unless you were classifying them separately into A, B, C, and D areas, as well as similar beds and baths.

I would expect start-up costs such as stocking linens/bedding, upgrading certain furnishing and amenities, and pass-through costs for listing on the OTAs (like VRBO, Airbnb).
