Which point, exactly as I had wished, would be answered if you had a windows view into what I do and know...and unfortunately there is no window other than us posting our experiences.Suffice it to say, If you see the big picture and want to be in this aspect of the business, it makes sense...if you don't then there's your answer.It made perfect sense to us, and to many many others, so we do this business.

@Rod Merriweather Getting a LOC (line of credit) secured by real estate from a bank is going to be tough as the line of credit is viewed as a short-term liability while the property is a long-term asset.

@Jay Seville can't speak to a 2/2, but even a well-managed (85%+ occupancy) 600sqft 1/1 with view and close proximity to the beach can hit 57K on the Emerald Coast.
