Once I was an authorized user on their cards, I was easily approved for my own cards.

We push for approval from the client even on small issues so that we do not have to deal with larger ones down the road.

We did not know that the plumbing inspection and city approval did not include the sewer.

I suspect the builder has crappy credit and can't get approved on their own.Also, as a former banker myself, local banks aren't generally interested in financing new construction on this size of project or a builder that doesn't have extensive experience in these type of builds, in my opinion. 

The bottom floor is approved for commercial business and has the main vault, some marble flooring, and a back room office and restroom.

We have never had an issue but to @Drew Sygit point, we still follow our application and approval process.

Well owners who already had section 8 tenants in place didn't want to spend $5, $10, $15k or more upgraded a unit that has a tenant in place just to maintain the rents they had (or have a slight increase) so a lot of section 8 approved properties stopped taking section 8.Right after COVID though, it seems that section 8 has lowered their standards a bit.

I want to know how much I can get approved for and what steps to take to figure this out.
