@Nancy DeSocio they will be there all the time working on their junk, using electricity, clogging up the driveway and annoying your tenants.

From a potential buyer, this is rather annoying. 

That would be quite annoying to have to do that if I've already imported the transaction automatically from my credit card since it's linked, but I don't know if the receipt is required or not..

They are very thorough, which can be annoying, but it also forces you to make repairs that your probably want done anyways.  

Super annoying,but that is how I got around it.

@OP: Imagine a life where your first reaction to receiving a check is "How annoying I now need to drive to the bank to deposit this" ... you'll be one step closer to understanding why that net worth investor is doing what they're doing. 

Not being "on the ground" has already been difficult...but mostly just annoying.

As a follow-up, I got a call and they seem oblivious to my being annoyed by their attempt to profit from my asset, and have said they will take down the ad.

CA investors who don't understand the midwest > annoy the heck out of sellers > Sellers tell them to go away, and I swoop in as it leaves pending status...I guess that is becoming my strategy... haha.No really though, I invest in Southern Ohio.
