We are starting to come off the high side of interest rates and expectations are that more properties will hit the market... but will probably be eaten up by pent up demand... so prices aren't expected to drop.  

Many investors underestimate how competitive the market can be, especially in areas like Texas, where demand for multifamly and single-family rentals has been high.

Is there strong demand for rentals and is it potentially possible to rent a room for 1500-2000 depending on the location (slightly cheaper than a studio from what I've been seeing which is how I priced my rooms in AZ)?
