I didn't have a problem with that.But one applicant was a hair dresser, says she have clients who are closer to her home then her salon, or may be wanting a cut after hours would come by to get their hair done, I declined.

I have a feeling that this is just a way to hide the additional money that he is hoping to get from his ex-wife so that she can't try to get a cut out of it.

I do recommend you get your license - it's not expensive and well worth the extra bonuses you get but it's to necessary.Real estate brokers (who own brokerages and have realtors working under them) will frequently steer you away from wholesaling because it cuts them out of the deal - they don't get a cut of a commission because there is none - you're acting as a principal in the transaction.

Banker, Private Lender/Hard Money, GC, etc.) whether or not you call it partnering or not....they will still take a cut of the profit on your way from purchase price toward After Rehab Value (ARV) and thus share in the deal.

LJ has lesions on his thalamus [both sides] which causes his brain to signal to the nerves in his body that they are under acute attack [at his worst he was passing out hundreds of times a day from the pain] He also is high functioning autistic and has profound tourettes but that's kindof like worrying about a paper cut when someone is having a heart attack.My son has always had big dreams, even before he became ill.
